Wedding QR code for guest photos
Create one secure QR code so guests can upload the pictures on their phones to your private wedding event—without installing an app or creating an account.
How it works
From sample preview to real guest uploads
Create the wedding event
Add the couple or event name and wedding date. Sign in only when you are ready to create the real QR.
Activate the private guest page
Review the saved details and launch the event. Fotoprynt creates the secure guest upload destination.
Download and display the QR
Test the real code, then place it anywhere guests will see it during the celebrations.
Guests upload their pictures
Guests scan from their phone camera, choose pictures and upload without an app or guest account.
What guests see on their phone
A guest points their phone camera at the QR, opens the secure event page and selects pictures from their camera roll. There is no app installation and no guest registration step.
Uploads accept JPEG, PNG, HEIC, HEIF, WebP images up to 50MB per file.
You control the upload link
Only the account owner manages the event. Pause uploads when the celebration ends, resume them later, or rotate the secure link if the previous QR should stop working.
One gallery, two upload routes
The guest QR is designed for quick contributions from everyone at the wedding. For a photographer or photobooth, enable the separate private delivery channel and share its upload link and PIN.
Guest QR
Fast, account-free uploads from guest phones.
Photographer delivery
Private link and PIN for bulk photo delivery.
Verified storage limits
Your account includes 1GB shared across all event galleries. Original image sizes count towards usage, so the allowance is transparent rather than presented as an invented photo count.
See the exact inclusions on the free wedding QR code page.
Use the QR where guests will notice it
Download the real QR from your event dashboard and add it to your own welcome sign, table card, guest-book area, bar display or photobooth instructions. Always test the finished display with another phone before printing multiples.

How does a wedding photo QR code work?
Create and activate your wedding event, then download or copy its secure QR code. Guests scan it with their phone camera and upload pictures through the private event page.
Do wedding guests need an account or app?
No. Guests can scan and upload pictures without installing an app or creating a Fotoprynt account. The event owner signs in to create and manage the gallery.
Which photo files can guests upload?
Guest uploads accept JPEG, PNG, HEIC, HEIF, WebP images. Each guest file can be up to 50MB.
How much event storage is included?
Each account has 1GB of storage shared across its event galleries. Original file sizes count towards that allowance.
Can I stop people uploading?
Yes. The event owner can pause or resume guest uploads and rotate the secure guest link. Rotating it stops the previous QR destination from accepting uploads.
Can a photographer upload separately?
Yes. Enable photographer uploads from the event dashboard, then create a private upload link and one-time PIN for the photographer or photobooth operator.
