Your Right to Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we have collected. This includes your account information, uploaded photos, and order history. Please read the information below carefully to understand the process.

How to Request Deletion

To initiate the data deletion process, please send an email to the following address from the email account associated with your Fotoprynt profile:

In the subject line of the email, please write "Data Deletion Request". In the body of the email, please state clearly that you wish to delete your account and all associated data.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request, we will:

  • Verify that the request is from the legitimate account owner. We may need to contact you to confirm your identity.
  • Begin the process of permanently deleting your personal data from our active databases. This includes your user profile, uploaded photos, and past orders.
  • Please note that the deletion process may take up to 30 days to complete.
  • Some anonymous or aggregated data may be retained for analytical purposes, but it will not be personally identifiable.
