Welcome to Fotoprynt. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Application includes:

• Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, and profile picture, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Application.
• User Content: The photos you upload for printing, editing, or inclusion in photobooks are collected and stored to fulfill your orders.
• Google Photos Wedding QR Data: If you use Fotoprynt Weddings QR Code, we request Google Photos append-only permission so we can create a Google Photos album for your wedding and transfer guest photos to that connected album.
• Order Information: We collect information related to your orders, such as the products you purchase, shipping details, and payment references. We do not store your full payment card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:

• Create and manage your account.
• Process your orders and deliver the products and services you request.
• Use your photos to generate AI-enhanced images or photobook layouts as requested by you.
• Create a Google Photos album for your wedding when you connect Google Photos, and transfer guest photos uploaded through your wedding QR page to that connected album.
• Communicate with you about your account or orders.
• Improve our Application and services.

4. Google Photos Access

Fotoprynt requests Google Photos append-only permission only when you choose to connect Google Photos for Fotoprynt Weddings QR Code. This permission lets Fotoprynt create a Google Photos album for your wedding and transfer guest photos uploaded through your QR page to the connected Google Photos album. Fotoprynt does not request read access to your full Google Photos library.

You can disconnect or revoke Fotoprynt's Google Photos access at any time from your Google Account permissions.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your uploaded photos and generated content (like photobook PDFs) are stored securely using Firebase Storage. We implement security rules to ensure that only you can access your personal files. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can manage your uploaded photos directly within the application before placing an order. 7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
