By accessing and using the Fotoprynt application ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.
2. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
3. User Conduct and Content
You are solely responsible for the photos and other content that you upload, publish or display ("Content") on or through the Service. You warrant that you own the rights to your Content or are otherwise authorized to post, distribute, display, perform, transmit, or otherwise distribute your Content. You agree not to upload any Content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these terms.
4. AI Services and Credits
The Service offers AI-powered features for photo enhancement and photobook generation. These features may require "AI Credits". Credits will be deducted from your account only upon the successful completion of an AI task. We are not responsible for the aesthetic outcome of AI-generated content, but we will ensure that credits are not consumed if a technical failure prevents the task from completing.
5. Orders and Payment
All orders for prints, photobooks, or other products are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We use a third-party payment processor to handle all transactions.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
